This home is the perfect basecamp for all your western Colorado adventures! As part of the Palisades Legends community, the Blue Skies Casita is located close to the Fruit and Wine byway, the Palisade Plunge mountain bike trail, Downtown Palisade and so much more! Come home from a day of adventuring and enjoy a dip in the community pool (open April to mid-September) then retreat to a private back yard with gas BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and dining area. While you’re here, enjoy the views of Mt. Garfield while walking our community trails. We even have private bike storage within your private carport to keep your toys safe and ready for action!

Yes! We are a dog friendly community. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional $40/night pet fee plus tax. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
