The Homestead offers private access to the entire home and yard, giving you complete privacy during your stay. Inside, you’ll find:

🥛 A fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated coffee nook and supplies

⁕There is no secure outdoor storage for bikes, kayaks, or other large equipment. If you're traveling with gear, please reach out in advance to discuss options.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
