The private yard is a highlight, offering multiple spaces to rest and restore. Begin your morning on the smooth concrete pad, ideal for yoga or meditation as the sun rises over the Grand Mesa. As a guest of the Palisade Legends community, you’ll also enjoy seasonal access to the shared pool (mid-May through mid-September) and scenic walking trails. The Zen is perfectly positioned along the Fruit and Wine Byway, placing you within minutes of local vineyards, orchards, and the acclaimed Palisade Plunge bike trail. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
